Most people now use email Anti-Spam filters, but unfortunately on occasion they filter out legitimate emails which means you may not receive our emails.
Make sure this doesn’t happen to you! All you have to do is add the email address support@eurogrand.com to the “Safe List” in your filter and you can be sure you’ll hear about all our latest promotions, bonuses, updates and events.
Just follow the simple instructions below and you’ll start receiving our emails containing all the information you could need.
How to setup your Email filtering options
Each email provider and mail client has its own way of adding addresses to the “safe list”. Just follow the relevant instructions below to make the most out at EuroGrand!
Outlook
- Go to the “Tools” menu and click on “Address Book”
- Within the “File” menu in the address book chose “New Entry” and then “New Contact”, a new window will open on your screen.
- In the “Full Name” Field enter “EuroGrand” and then the email address support@eurogrand.com in the address field
- Click on “Save and Close”
Hotmail or MSN
- Login to your hotmail account.
- Select the “Options” tab then go to “Junk E-Mail Protection” and select the “Safe List".
- Add the address support@eurogrand.com to your safe list.
- In addition, if you do notice an email from us in your Junk Mail folder click on the button “this is not Junk Mail” and our emails will no longer go to your Junk folder.
Yahoo Mail
- Login to your Yahoo inbox
- From the menu on the right click on “Options” and then on “Mail Options”.
- Click on “Filters” and then click on “Add Filter”.
- The top row of is called “From header”, in the drop down menu make sure that “Contains” is selected.
- Next enter our email address support@eurogrand.com
- Then at the bottom where it says “Move the Message To:” choose “Inbox” from the drop down menu.
- Click on “Add Filter”.
- Should one of our emails arrive in your “Bulk” folder just open the message and click on “This is not Spam” located next to the “From” field.
Googlemail
- Login to your Googlemail account..
- Select “Contacts” and then click on “Add Contacts”.
- Enter “EuroGrand” in the “Name” field.
- Then support@eurogrand.com in the “Email” field.
- Then select “Add Contact”.
AOL
AOL users have two methods:
- Open your AOL Email account.
- Go to the keyword “Spam Controls”.
- Then open the last email you received from us.
- On the right there is an “Add Address” button, click on it to add to the “People I Know” list.
- Open one of the emails we have sent you.
- Click on the “Reply” button in the top right hand corner.
- A new email window will open containing the wrong email address in the “Send To” box.
- Change the address in the “Send To” box to the address support@eurogrand.com.
- Click on the “Send Now” button in the top right hand corner.
- Our address will then be added to your “People I Know” list.
